New Customer service Policies Announced

SOE has announced new customer service policies, specifically pertaining to Character Names and Reimbursement.

    I just dont understand...maybe some insight to your reasons

    It seems as though there are nothing but will not's and wont do's. I dont understand if there is a issue WAY beyond the players control, and lets say is working on his/hers epic and goes LD due to a server crash......WHY wouldnt the item they just gained and lost cause of a roll back be given back to them....you all have more then enough resources to go in and check if they really had that item before the crash. Seems to me that you dont want to spend any effort for the people that make this game as great as it is, without us what would this game be?
