SOE looking for Customer Service Feedback
Verant is reconsidering its customer service policies. Here's your chance to give them some feedback: In the past few weeks we have been doing a full review of our Customer Service policies and procedures from top to bottom. On Wednesday October 24th we will be announcing these changes on EverQuest.com. At this point we would like to ask our customers what things they would like to see changed to make sure our own thoughts are in line with our playerbase.
