Rift Quest:Wishes of a Dominata  

To complete this quest you must steal thee items.

1. One is a Golden Brazier which you will find in a walled pen southwest of Fortune's Shore. Fight the mobs inside the wall, and after attempting to loot, you must defeat Gutterhorn Treasurer and reloot to obtain the item.
2. Also you must steal a Ethian Sun Dial. You will find this in a cave to the southeast of Fortune's Shore. Again, fight the local mobs and this time you must defeat Steeljaw Bookkeeper to loot.
3. The easiest steal is Widow's Wail's Wine, which is on a boat north of Fortune's Shore, and requires no fighting (first mate is sleeping on the job).
   

Note: Both the Gutterhorn and Steeljaw will mark you for death with a 2-minute debuff, so be prepared to fight your way out.
