Specialist Hobson, Scarwood Reach, Keenblade Mill

Hiding under the ramp on the east side of the Mill, this spy will instantly attack anyone dumb enough to approach too closely. Defiant guards will help of you pull him close enough to them, but he is much stringer than he looks (like all PvP guards are). Although his nameplate is Normal he should be treated like an Elite mob.
