Raging Summoner, Moonshade Highlands, Acrid Basin

He shows up south of Reclaimer's Hold, across the bridge, on the west side of the path. He has four elemental pets with him: Pulled Tide (Water), Drawn Flame (Fire), Ensnared Tempest (Air), and Bound Tremor (Earth). They are very large and hard to miss.

He and all four pets are soloable.
