For reference, command help notation used in linux and microsoft is thusly...
command <required parameter> [optional parameter]
Also cleaning up the also's by italicizing them, and adding more as I find it.

/combatlog - toggles combat log to CombatLog.txt in the main game folder
/log - toggles noncombat log to Log.txt in the main game folder
both need to be turned on each time you log in. there is a way to have them On by default, involving editing a configuration text file
/target [name] - [name] can be just the first letter(s), for NPCs [name] can be first or last name (also /tar)
"stop casting" should be "stopcasting"
"pvptoggle" is just "pvp" - might want to warn PVE players that they will remain flagged for pvp until they toggle it off with a second /pvp and they'll still be flagged for five minutes after toggling this off
/loc - format is x_pos z_pos y_pos where z_pos represents altitude
