Yeah, the level 40 90% speed Eldritch Vanguard Steed? You do NOT need faction with the Eldritch Vanguard. It's on Girdoom <Favor Quartermaster>. At the very bottom of his merchant window. Made the mistake of looking here for accurate info before picking up a regular Nimble. Pft.
