Cryptic Studios, known for City of Heroes and Champions Online have announced they are developing Star Trek Online.

The official site has a few screenshots and official forums, but the juicy content looks like it's coming on August 10th at the Official Star Trek convention in Las Vegas.

Now that we have Stargate, Star Wars, and Star Trek MMOs we just need Battlestar Galactica!
