You will find the Defiant Technician at 4117, 5317. Speak with him to begin the gate opening. Now interact with the Negative Energy Lock and the Positive Energy Lock to open the gate. Centius come through the gate and expresses his thanks by killing everyone except you. Follow the path west from here and speak with Ulan Hamda to complete the quest.
