Chief Yarglelug and Bracken can be found around Titan's well, west of Camp Fergos. The Cheif is at 4474, 5308, on top of the hill and the edge of the basin there. Bracken can be found wandering around the pool at the base of the hill. Slay them and return to Derrance Werner for your reward.
