Arthur Thorne can be found at the back of the Deepstrike Excavation site, coordinates 4876, 5281. Slay him to acquire Arthur's Locket. Inspect the locket to finish the quest objectives. Tigram Stillstep can be found on the outside deck of the tavern in Granite Falls. Speak with him to progress the quest.
