Rift Quest:Norbert Unleashed  

Meet up with Norbert Denbur at 5416, 5254. There you will need to use the Rage Extractor that you've been powering up on him. Of course nothing good comes of this and you have to beat Norbert into submission, big surprise. Meet him back at Cortie Camp and claim your reward.
