Rift Quest:Meetings of Interest  

In order to complete this quest, go to Steampike Peak. There, you will find a camp of abyssal. Just to the outside of the camp on the southeast, you will find the spyglass. Afterward, clear the camp of hostiles and find the Large Pile of Books. There you will find Disciple of the Deep to complete the quest.
