You can find the Ailing Citizens in the warehouse in northern Granite Falls. Use the Fluid Injector on each citizen. If the Ailing Citizen says "I feel so much better" after treatment, all is well and they will walk away. If they say "I don't feel so good" a Shadespawn will emerge from him. Kill it to cure him! Return to Aiden Blackstone for your reward.
