Due north of Granite Falls is a church that is infested with undead. Slay the Nefarious Spirits that you find here to collect ten Rotting Scraps. Darkclot can be found on the right (eastern) side of the church at coordinates 5111, 4812. Slay him to collect the Small Rusted Key. With key in hand head inside the church. At the back of the church you will find the locked chest that contains Lewin's Scepter. Having completed all of his tasks return to Lewin Dinford for your reward.
