Spawns out of a Hidden Crypt (2688 HP) found in the low area of Palisade, West of Hedgerow Court in Silverwood. Spawns two encounters with Level 16 mobs (Disturbed Spirits, 448 HP) before spawning the Vengeful Spirit, Level 18, 1033 HP.

Both the Vengeful Spirit and the Hidden Crypt offer loot.
