This monster is non-aggressive, but it is Elite. It is in the courtyard of the Fortress, in the northeast corner. This mob is part of the Story quest Spying on the Endless. The Fleshfiend has an AE that does over 370 damage per tick!

• Ranged attack? Yes, but on short cooldown.
