Rift Item:A Dusty Sack  

You get these as a harvest from Ancient Cairns hidden in remote places throughout Telara. The first time you loot a particular Cairn the will contain an uncommon or better weapon or armor. After the first time, no matter how many times you loot the Cairn, all you will get is A Dusty Sack with one of a handful of Trash items inside, all of which sell for 1 .
