Well I did as I was told and yes you spend a lot of money, but after you did't the quest there is a follow up quest. That make ensures you that earn you mony back. The quest is calld Andu's Dye Box you'll get 5200 xp and 35.480 Kinah, so after you do the follow up quest you have earned your loss back. So I think it worth doing the Quest: Salute! A new uniform.
