Please note that all vendor sales are public. Anyone can access a vendor and purchase any item that is listed for sale on that vendor. This is not a violation of Sony Online Entertainment's harassment policies. Additionally, Customer Service is unable to assist in any instance of an "order" being purchased by anyone other than the intended recipient of that sale. This however does not give vendor owners the right to mislabel any containers and sell them as something other then they are. All vendor sales that Customer Service determines were done with the intent of defrauding another player will be reversed and the vendor owner will face disciplinary actions.
