Condemned and Abandoned Structure Policies
Condemned and abandoned structures are intentional parts of game design. Any structure falling into this state will not be altered by the Customer Service team. Structure ownership will not be changed by the Customer Service team, nor will any structure be removed from the game except by that structure's owner.
Items left inside of a structure that becomes condemned or abandoned will not be granted to any player by Customer Service. To retrieve any item from a condemned or abandoned structure, players will need to contact the owner of said structure, to have them either log in to remove the abandoned status, or pay maintenance to remove the condemned status. Customer Service is also unable to release the character names, or email addresses of any player who owns a condemned or abandoned structure due to our privacy policies.
