Many players have been plagued with a lack of in-game movies in their open beta client. If you are one of the players who lacks movies from character creation or gameplay cut scenes, then Patience has the solution. The details of which can be found below:

Many of our players are missing the in-game movies which can be viewed at character creation, when transitioning from the newbie areas to the persistent world, and so on.

If you don't currently have the movies, you can now download and install them. If you're not sure whether you already have them, a simple test is to click on "Play Movie" in character creation - if nothing happens, you don't have them. The download is approximately 500Mb.
