Claiming Sayha's White Mask

These steps are for North America players only. Please see the post below if you are a customer from Europe.

To claim your mask for a new PlayNC master account:

1. Visit the Account page on PlayNC.com and click the Create link.

2. Choose a PlayNC master account name and password. Fill out all other information on the page as appropriate.

3. In the Games List section, click the ADD GAMES link.

4. Enter the serial code as displayed on the card included in the Lineage II Epic Collection. Click the ADD button.

5. Install and enter Lineage II. Choose a server and create a character.

6. Return to the PlayNC Account Management page and click the ACCOUNT DETAILS button under for the Lineage II account that you created.

7. Click the CHOOSE A CHARACTER button to choose the character to receive the mask.

You must confirm your character selection before the mask will be given to the character.

Sayha’s White Mask will be placed in your character’s warehouse during the weekly maintenance period on Tuesdays. The mask cannot be exchanged or dropped.


To claim your mask for an existing character:

1. Visit the Account page on PlayNC.com and click the Manage link.

2. Enter your PlayNC master account and Password.

3. In the Games List section, click the ACCOUNT DETAILS button for the Lineage II game account you wish to upgrade.

4. Click the UPGRADE button on the Account Information page.

5. Enter the serial code as displayed on the card included in the Lineage II Epic Collection. Click the ADD button.

6. Once you have added the code, return to the PlayNC Account Management page and click the ACCOUNT DETAILS button for the Lineage II game account you upgraded.

7. Click the CHOOSE A CHARACTER button to choose the character to receive the mask.
