July 20 Community Notice`

Tuesday July 20 Contacting support Recently we had some complaints about long response times when contacting support. There are certain departments that don't generally respond to inquiries. They are: Bug Reports, Screenshots & Player Stories, Contest Submissions. These departments will accept submissions, and in case a clarification is necessary, they will reply, however these departments focus on gathering and categorizing tickets sent in, rather than answering customer inquiries.
