Been waiting years for a 40K MMO.

I'm really looking forward to cutting through swarms of tyranids with a chainsword and bolter or charging a chaos stronghold as part of a squad. Hopefully getting a nice set of tactical dreadnaught armour and a stormbolter.

Why I'm excited for this game? Maybe because I've speend years now following every single Warhammer video game and until now I have to admit that most of them disappointed me in one way or another. Since October last year I'm a registered member of the official Eternal Crusade forum and everything I've seen so far tells me: This is the game you people have been waiting for. So basically, thanks to behaviours policy regarding the inclusion of the community, I'm far more interested to see how all these things, ideas and this war of epic scale will finally be once the game starts. I'll be trying to get some friends to play along with me to build a squad but we will most likely join a larger strike force once we feel like it. There is simply so much amazing about this game - PvE envolvement, the scale of warfare, the importance of every single person within each faction. And there will be a lot of freedom too!

All in all, if I was not excited for this game, more likely than not, there has to be something wrong with me. So give me Chaos, give me a bolter, a chain axe and let me start the eternal crusade already!

I've been a Warhammer 40k player since Rogue Trader in 1987, since the Amiga release of Space Hulk I've longed for a large scale multiplayer 40K video game and whilst Space Marine was a start the scale was too small. When Eternal Crusade was announced (after the cancelling of Dark Millennium) I had a total nerdgasm. Every single thing revealed so far looks and sounds AWESOME!
I must have this game, The Emperor demands it!

I've been a fan of Warhammer 40k for oh geez how many years now? Since at least 2004. When Relic released Dawn of War, I knew I had to get it. Mainly because it was cheaper than keeping up with the Table Top. I always bummed teams off my friends when we played cause I was always the poor kid.

Why I'm excited to play is a multitude of reasons, one experiencing the universe first hand as a citizen of it. Reading about the stories is immersive but I cannot imagine something being more immersive than actually being a person in the grim dark universe. Every time a Warhammer game gets announced I have to be apart of it in any way I can. The only real conundrum I have is who to play as first? Chaos has always been my favorite because of the gods and let's face it Chaos is strong, but normal Space Marines can be really fun too since well the game of the same name came out.

I'm a warhammer 40K fan because I found the lore the world the history really good so when I heard about a game about this lore I'm here. I just hope a really good game about lore and about gameplay is coming so I'm here ! I already like the warhammer MMO for this pvp and lore side so in future it's just better !

I never really got into the table top games, but I have been a big fan of the warhammer 40k games such as dawn of war 1 and 2 plus space marine and it would be a pleasure to play Eternal crusade

Supper pumped for this game to drop next year. I've been a 40k player for some time now and have fallen in love with all of the lore and background for all the factions. I hope the story will really shine through in the game and hope it will be a ever changing and epic part of this game.

After THQ went under I didn't think I would ever see another "good" 40k game again but from what I've seen so far, I have hope again.

This game actually means a lot to me so I hope that d6 will roll in my favor. ;)

Actually I started to interest me in the Warhammer 40K Universe just a few years ago. When I was younger, I was a fan of the Dawn of War games, because they were really fun to play. Then, when I started earning some more money, I could afford to buy the miniatures. I'm not much of a tabletop gamer, because the clubs are far from where I live, but I likt to collect and build. So, for now I'm alone, but Facebook let me meet many people that share the passion for Warhammer 40K. I recently joined a group of "Soon to be players", so we are pretty excited and can't wait to start. About the class, I chose Eldar, because they are ancient, powerful, and arrogant in their downfall, but I'm actually hoping that in the future another race will be introduced to the game. I'm talking about the Tau. So, thank you for reading, and keep up with the good work. We are expecting great things from the developers' team.

I have been a fan of 40k since early on into my highschool years, played it tons until the games workshop in my city closed down and even then, i still liked playing it every now and then with friends.
The DoW series were some of my favorite RTS and Iv been dying to play a 40k style MMO since the old Dark Millennium was announced

I've Been in love with Warhammer 40k for a long time now. I was never excited by the fantasy Warhammer mmo they had in the past and i would always try to buy the newest of the 40k games anyone releases even if the game itself had bad reviews. I Have Ork Bikerz cause They rule no other typing needed to explain that. I just wanna join and slowly convert my friend from thinking if he should get this or that new battlefield to only wanting this game and getting a founders pack.
The thing i wanna see the most about this game is how they display the lore. If they would follow each of the sub factions story for how it really is in the codexes and don't try to half *** something just to get it out and not to just to put it out.
I just wanna be da orks and just start crushing some soft gitz under my bike

I've been playing WH40K off and on for almost 20 years. I've been waiting for a good chance to mow people down with a Dark Angel Devastator for years.

None of my friends play 40K now but I am hoping to find a good guild of like minded people to join up with. So if any of you there are recruiting let me know! As far as lore goes, I've been reading the novels off and on and always look forward to anything new.

I'm hoping to win because I've been a fan of the warhammer 40k universe since I was 9 years old (back then I was a REALLY terrible painter), when a friend bought me the battle for macragge box set, which I (rather poorly) painted as blood angels. From there, I began to collect a large mechanized force of orks, and eventually a great plague host in the name of grandfather nurgle. I'm a massive fan of the lore, especially the horus heresy era and crusade era stuff. Finally, with eternal crusade we have an MMO based in the 40k universe that will hopefully stay true to it's lore and be a fantastic game overall. So far I've collected a 2500 pt ork army, 1500 pt blood angels army, and a 3000 pt chaos nurgle force, I've also become an extremely dedicated painter, (although I'm still super slow with my painting). I'm looking forward to playing as a plague marine of chaos.

I've been waiting along time for a 40K mmo to actually come out. After the 40k mmo that never was, and the ending of Warhammer Online, I need something with chaos and bolters in it to sate my hunger. I miss my WAR magus and need to fill the floaty ~~void~~ warp.
Very pleased that Chaos Sorcerers (in what ever form) will be a playable class, assuming they are not underpowered compared to standard chaos units, the sorc will be getting all of my attention. Lightning and pink tentacles, what more do you need? Smiley: grin

Can't wait to get my hands on this game, Warhammer 40K is THE best and most complex universe out there. Thank you Behaviour for taking it on and being so open to the community about the development of the game.
