Eldaaaaar

I've loved the 40K universe for a long, long time. The Dawn of War games were some of my favorites, and I've read many a book by Dan Abnett. I'm really interested to see how this game works out, and something on this scale in the 40K hasn't really been attempted before in a video game, to the best of my knowledge! Also because Steven Lumpkin :D

Definitely can't wait to start bringing some destruction with the Eldar.

My heart broke when DMO was cancelled, as WAR already had it severely ruptured. When i heard about EC I immediately searched it out. That's probably why i actually managed to get a Primarch's
name on the forums too :D
This game has got me so fired up i actually kicked life into my 1+ year dead twitter even, for chance at a poster....
For the time going it alone, but won't be for long i suspect. But i hardly need friends as long as the clip is full and there are Ultrasmurfs to rip to shreds!

I have faith that Caron and team will bring proper Warhammer to the MMO world. Eagerly awaiting being a guardsmen in the Imperium but will have to settle for being one of the Boyz!

My username on twitch is FoRtHeEmPeRoR, and I am so hyped to stream Eternal Crusade as soon as possible. I watch Steven Lumpkin's stream as well, and I'm super excited to see the result of what he has been working on and organizing.

It's a frickin Warhammer 40K game, and adding to that a very ambitious mmo!
I'm incredibly excited but also anxious because there is much, that can go wrong. The devs earned wide-spread recognition for their openness. Seeing them chat like any other user in the forums and explaining there thoughts makes them very relatable. I'm having trust, am emtionally invested to a degree, thats why I'm anxious that something might go wrong.
I'm yearning for the game and gonna take part on the eternal warfare as a chaos legionnaire of the black legion and as an eldar of the craftworld o saim-hann. I'll enjoy the carnage!

Am curious, how eternal crusade's story will be incorperated into the 40k lore.

Loving the whole idea, a planet to fight over, proper tactics, squads and everything. And the idea of being eldar rocks, hope they get the harlequins in there. Then again being able to play as one of nurse's greater daemons is pretty appealing. Can't wait for next year.

Been a long time fan of the gamesworkshop games when I very first picked up a whitedwarf magazine and it had a epic battle of Space Wolves vs Orks. Since then I have been fully addicted to the lore and the games that release out on consoles and PC. I was addicted to warhammer online for 2 years before it went to crap :/.

And I have been dying to see a warhammer 40k MMO released, there was a hope before for dark millennium but that was taken from us.

So as a fan of the series and the games. I hope and pray to the emperor that this will be a huge success, and so I can bring retribution and fire to the enemies of the All Father, God Emperor, May no one bar my path or they will face holy fire of my bolter.

i have been enjoying the universe of warhammer 40k for the last 11 years and over this time i have colected a lot of armys (if being truthful all of them) i have played every 40k game i could get my hands on and have in total 16000 points of space marines my favioret being the blood angels as my first model was their cheif librarian mephiston, when i learnt that behavior were going to do a game i was quite excited even more so when the anouncment of the blood angels as one of the chapters availible. i am part of a multifaction guild so i am keen to work out how we will orginise ourselves and to know we can chalange ourselves to launch missions as each faction as a strike force and in cases disrupt the plans of other guilds.

I am entering so i hope i can join my guild in friends in the beta. I first started in the warhammer 40k franchise with dawn of war with my favorite chapter the blood revans being that there scholars and relic hunters.

I am excited for eternal crusade becuse it looks like a pretty good 40k game. Hopefully i will be playing it with my fellow guild members and start making a name for the guild

A 40k TPSMMO ???

Are you kidding me ? Why are you even asking ?

I mean, that's what ALL of us have been waiting all this years. Sure, I'd like to have my IG and to kick everyone's butt in the name of the Emperor, but the mysterious Eldar will suffice for this occasion.

Also, I've read like 2/3 of all of BL publishings, and played all video games set in 40k universe.[i]

On the other note, I really wanna see how a non-strictly-balanced MMO will turn out, especially with the fact that the Tyranids are going to be AI faction attacking everyone's back. ^^

What's not to be excited for? MMO shootery action meats the grim dark of 40k.
Wh40k Giveaway wooohooo!
# Jun 24 2014 at 10:36 AM Rating: Decent
I am an indirect fan since I was 8 years old or so, having played unknowingly that Chaos Gate belongs to the wh40k franchise, same for Fire Warrior when I was around 12.

Eventually as Dawn of War came around I embraced Wh40k completely, started to realize I was a wh40k all along and started to read books, collect miniatures, etc.

Well and now I am here! FOR THE ETERNAL CRUSADE! Though unlike many would suspect I go into battle for the Eldar due to the community of the Myriad Shrines has convinced me so, they are just much cooler guys than most Space Marine Guilds who are way too BT-Aggressive and stuff.

So yeah, let them come because the Craftworld Eldar will stand together and defeat anyone who opposes our fate we weave!!

Sincerely,

Urian Velos / Uriel1339
Can't Wait!

I'm really excited for Eternal Crusade because I can't wait to take over the battlefield as a Striking Scorpion or Chaos Raptor and chop people up in gory, visceral melee combat. The game is going to be a lot of fun and seems like a 40k fan's dream game! Can' t wait !

For The Emprah!!!
# Jun 24 2014 at 1:11 AM Rating: Decent
I've been a massive fan of tabletop games since I was a kid. I really can't wait to get my hands on this, and play as one of the Empreror's finest! I'm looking forward to smiting heretics. Got a few friends that will be playing with me, but hopefully the numbers will grow as the time draws closer to beta or release.

I would like to test out classes, thats is my reason for wanting to play in beta. Ofcourse as beta gets more updates it would be good to see em in action at first hand too

getting familiar with all the classes is KEY before actually starting the game when it comes out! It'd be nice to see which character I would like playing with the most, because they honestly ALL look good.

I enjoy helping others when they start a new game and playing in beta gives me that much of an advantage to be able to assist new players .Granted betas change quite a bit till final release but once you've played you feel like you were a part of the building process towards something great.

My reasons for wanting to play are in line to what Sexton stated earlier, it's a quick fix to stave off the burning desire to get the real thing.

So I know if I wanna buy the game or not before spending my hard-earned. Also with a background in IT I'm probably better qualified than most to test it properly - stuff like ensuring that damage calcs are correct etc isn't for everyone.
