Yet another beta weekend is coming up, starting June 8th! 

ArenaNet has yet to talk about what has been changed from the last beta tests, but it's believed that they will be increasing server capacity to cut down on lag. Also, more notably, you get to keep your old characters! So if you're above level 35, you get to play in the Ascalonian Catacombs right out the door.
