A Community Address and a Community Poll from Aion

Executive Producer Chris Hager talks the success of patch 2.1 and some short-term goals for Aion going into the holidays. Also, the team wants some feedback on your favorite 50+ content!

Another month, another community address! This time around, Executive Producer Chris Hager chatted about the new drop rate increases in Patch 2.1, as well as the success of the recent server transfer events. Currently speaking, Hager notes that there have been a staggering 170,000 character transfers in the past few months. That's... a lot of transfers! Hager also confirms that all player accounts will be receiving one free paid character transfer!

In addition to chatting up patch 2.1 and the character transfers, Hager also confirms that the team plans to focus on some short-term goals of increasing the number of in-game events in Aion, as well as increasing the quality of said events. The team also plans to implement a new secondary PIN system to Aion for more security, and the plan is to introduce this new system by December 1st, 2010.

Finally, the Aion team is also looking for some feedback on 50+ content from their Assault on Balaurea fans! Just head on over to the forums to get your feedback in!
