Aion Posts Weekly "Eye on the Community"

This week, the Aion team reminds players to reset their passwords and they highlight some recent Tahabata kills (and drops!)

In this week's Eye on the Community, the Aion team is reminding all of its players to "Change your clocks, change your smoke alarm batteries and... change your Aion password!" You can also visit their PlaySmart webpage to learn more about keeping your account safe.

In addition to reminding players to change their passwords, the Aion team has also posted a glimpse of Issue 1 of their upcoming monthly magazine, and it certainly does look nice. With things like a Manastone guide for your class, six zone introductions and an introduction to PvPing in the Abyss, in addition to getting a neat little in-game "Kerub Hat" (and what an odd looking hat it is!), the Aion magazine will be sure to make most fans happy for a mere $3.19 per issue (if you purchased the 12 issue package that includes 1 Wing Feather of Birth, 10 White or Black Dyes, 1 Pilot Hat, 50 Greater Wind Serums and 50 Greater Raging Wind Scrolls).

The Aion Community team also answered a community question in this week's EotC, with a player asking what would happen if the Baluar were able to rift into Elysea and Asmodea to take over the towns. The Aion team notes that while the Baluar are "too big and too full of powerful Aether to use the gates that Deavas do," they would be able to cross over if they had massive Abyss gates with huge power generators (and the odium to power them). Thus far, players have managed to stop all of their plots to do so, but who knows? Perhaps this could set the stage for a future expansion, although wouldn't it be annoying to fly to a village, only to see Baluar there tearing it up!

Finally, the team highlighted some recent Tahabata kills that have been posted on Youtube, as well as the corresponding loot that some of these these lucky Daevas managed to snag.
