6th APB Video Podcast Answers Questions from Fans

The sixth All Points Bulletin video podcast is now available for your viewing pleasure on the game's official Web site and it consists of a Q&A session with Realtime Worlds' EJ Moreland and Ben Stanton. The podcast covers numerous questions, from subscription fees to beta testing.

As far as subscriptions are concerned, the team has not decided on a business model yet. There are no plans for motorcycles to be in the game until after its release, which is when the team will look at adding other types of transport. There will be clans in the game that can hold 150 players, and each group with be able to have customizable tags and symbols.

APB will only be available for PC for its first release, but the company will then explore the possibility of porting it to consoles. There will be more than 30 different weapons and more than 30 cars for players to utilize at launch, and there will be no lobbies to wait in like other shooting games. You're in the game world at all times.

Currently, APB is in closed friends and family testing. The team is looking to open it up to wider testing in the fall, then launching a full public beta near the end of the year. Oh, and there are emotes. You can view some of them in action in the video.
