Are you a fan of Blue Öyster Cult? Do you play Warhammer Online? If you answered yes to either of these questions, Mythic has a treat for you. Vocalist Eric Bloom and bassist Richie Castellano recently toured Mythic headquarters and then joined members of the Mythic crew in the studio to record "Kiss My Axe (While I Drink My Beer)!” If the title didn't give it away, the song is dedicated to the Dwarf Slayer.

In case you're wondering why members of Blue Öyster Cult are touring Mythic studios, Bloom is actually an avid gamer and has a level 40 Sorceress on the Ironfist server. Allakhazam had the chance to speak with Bloom in November 2007, and the vocalist talked about everything from World of Warcraft to his take on "(Don’t Fear) the Reaper" being known as the cowbell song thanks to Saturday Night Live (the band loved it).
