More Info on the Reactivated Accounts Problem

Important! We are currently looking into a problem that affects characters that have not logged in for a year or more. This problem can possibly force all items to QL 1 when logging into the game with the old character. At this time. do *not* log into the game with characters that haven't logged into the game for 10 months of more. Characters affected by this issue will not receive item reimbursement.
