Asheron's Call 2 & WinXP SP1/DX9
If you're playing Asheron's Call 2: Fallen Kings and are planning on upgrading your OS &/or your DirectX, be careful. It seems there is a problem with seeing the worlds list when you launch AC2 if you are running Windows XP SP1 and DirectX 9.0 at the same time in some configurations. Problems with Windows XP SP1 and DX9 with World List: We have verified that in some configurations, the combination of DirectX 9.0 and Windows XP Service Pack 1 prevents you frrom seeing the worlds list when you launch AC. At this point, we recommend that you do not upgrade to DX9 and WinXP Service Pack 1 at the same time. We are looking into this and we hope to have a resolution soon.
