Rift Quest:Where There's a Wisp, There's a Way  

The wisps needed for this quest can be found surrounding the Rill Pond, southeast of Eliam Fields. Simply target one of the many roaming wisps on the banks and use your Faebane Net to capture them. The Profane Wisps are located on the island in the middle of the pond. Othar is on the northest side of the lake bordering the road, speak with him to claim your reward.
