The pieces of this collection are given as rewards for the five Silent City: The Delving Dead collections. Completing this collection awards experience and two platinum pieces.

Once you've turned in this collection, you'll find an explorer within the zone named Dianina Onjes. She's found just outside the aqueduct you're standing in when you enter the zone, on the east side, and can be approached without anything attacking you. Hail her and she'll give you experience and Delver of the Dead. This crate can be unpacked to give you a prefix title of 'Excavator", a suffix title of "the Delver" and Anashti Sul's Familiar, which is a plushie version of Amenophas Livingspirit.
