I lived in College Station up until February of this year. then I moved to Baton Rouge, La. So far, two major hurricanes here, and now this. Why did I ever come to Louisiana?

I feel the same way. College Station is at least three hours from where I live (Dallas)....They should have picked a city in Texas that has more people, like Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston or San Antonio or Austin......and Dallas might have been a really good place for it. That's the last weekend of the State Fair of Texas. (They could have arranged to get something done there!)

Oh well......

But hey, I'm going to Japan, so it's a good trade-off! *^_^*
