Netzone Centers in College Station, Texas has been chosen to play host to the final destination of the FINAL FANTASY XI iGames 2005 tour! Featuring over 60 high performance PCs set up for the event, there will be no shortage of adventures to be had. What would our last tour be without our famous events? Get ready for our popular Party vs. Party battles, Q&A Panel, Costume Contest, Tarutaru Cure Marathon, and of course, Mithra photos! As a special bonus, Heroes' Combat will be making its North American debut! This will be your chance to test your skills against the Heroes of the three nations: Ajido-Marujido, Trion, and Volker! This free event kicks off Saturday, October 22nd and runs from 1pm to 11pm. The first 100 attendees will receive a free Vana'diel Buddy Pass, and we'll be wrapping up the festivities with more of our great raffle ticket giveaways! Duuuuuude. Freebird's is the best resturant in the woooorld. I reccomend it to anyone who comes to the festival. I make certain to visit each time I'm in a college town, and to steal their awesome hot sauce :P

Wow, I'm actually from very near CS Texas and I went to college there! But I'm in Japan for an internship and won't be back until early December.

What are the odds it would come to MY college town?

Pretty good once I'm not there, I guess. Oh well.

To those that mentioned it being at or near an airport, I am originally from the harker heights killeen area which is about 45 min from college station and there is an airport in killeen texas..

well dang i guess that's about as close as it's going to get to lawrence, ks. I think that would be my only chance so I'm going to bring my 72whm and see what I can do. It's going to be a drive but i think it would be worth it.

I live in College Station so I'm fairly pleased. It's relatively close to San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston. College Station has the capacity to support a large number of visitors because it is home to Texas A&M University (Lots of football fans come for home games). On the weekend of October 22nd the Aggies have an away game so you won't have to deal with the football crowd.

anyone find this funny since some Netzone's closed down here in Houston ^_^ me and my friends (who owns a internet caffe in northwest houston) been making jokes about Netzone for 2+ years since he started his and Netzone closed. he keeps insisting for me to call to make sure they are actually open anyway Netzone sucks we still might go and Moogles Internet Cafe rules!
