Here is a little tidbit of information for those that currently have problems and have an ATI Video Card (like me). Notice it states also submit to the Report a Problem Page, this means in addition to submitting your problem to the Technical Help forum, please read the items they require for posting so that your complaint can be handled quicker and easier. We are aware that some people are experiencing problems with the latest drivers from ATI. While we are working on the problems, ATI users having graphical issues should also submit a Problem Report with ATI at Generating a Problem Report Page. This will ensure that the engineers at ATI are also notified of any problems using their drivers. Our programmers will then be better able to collaborate on a solution with ATI.
