If you've ever complained about a sore back, or a kink in your neck, or sore wrist, you now are put into perspective - Keith 'Aieron' Knight is a disabled gamer who's been livestreaming (with webcam) his Guild Wars 2 adventures lately, playing the game with a cheek-mounted pad and a pen in his mouth. Knight, who has amyoplasia arthrogryposis (a joint-based muscular disorder that restricts movement), says he streams between 9-12 PM PDT. 

Seriously, this guy rocks.
