Because it's kind of required by now

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - currently being offered with a 10% discount on Steam - the upcoming sequel to the absurdly popular competitive FPS, has just confirmed that their zombie mode is not only planned for the game, it's actually coming with release. 

Developed with the help of the team at Plaguefest.com, CS:GO will give the many zombie fans out there something else to sink their teeth into.

The game is claimed to be as moddable as any Counter-Strike game - I should hope so, considering how many Warcraft III maps of Dust I played back on Source.

As outlined in the dev blog post, the zombie mode is only the first CS:GO mod to appear and we can expect more in the coming months.

They also want to know if anyone has started work on more mods, hopefully to give them just as much PR and polish as the zombie mode is getting.
