Update - 6/23 @ 3:00PM PDT: It's official! Guild banks are now live on all shards.

Rift is currently offline while Trion Worlds implements Update 1.3: Waves of Madness, but it looks like we'll have to wait just a bit longer for the guild banks to launch. According to Assistant Community James "Elrar" Nichols, testers on the Public Test Shard found a serious issue involving the guild banks, so Trion is working to fix the bug while the rest of the patch goes live.
