EVE Online Incursion 1.1.0 is officially live on Tranquility. This update includes the highly anticipated features of the Incursion expansion, such as the new character creator, the Sansha incursions, updates to the contracts system and more. CCP Soundwave announced in a dev blog entry last week that the Sansha's Nation incursions will be released in a staged manner, so don't be surprised if you're unable to see any Incursions on the starmap the second you log into the game.
