While the game does look remarkably similar to Diablo II, check out those destructible environments, their new animation system and environmental hazards!

The team behind Battle of the Immortals (the same team behind Perfect World) has just released a new teaser trailer outlining some of their new MMO's features, including, as you probably already know from our titles and captions, destructible environments, a new animation system and environmental hazards. The game certainly does look rather interesting, however, just because of its extreme similarity (that top-down isometric view) to Diablo II. It does remain to be seen if Perfect World Entertainment can truly capture that addictive fun that was D2, however, but this video trailer does a pretty good job of sparking our interests.
