Aion hires new Community Coordinator, "Trine"

Community Coordinator Katherine "Trine" Field brings tons of experience to the Aion team

And the Aion Team just keeps growing! Even though their German Community Manager, Martin "Amboss" Rabl left their ranks just weeks ago, the North American Aion Team remains as strong as ever, and will be even stronger with the introduction of their new Community Coordinator, Katherin "Trine" Fields! Trine brings a wealth of new experience to the Aion Team, and has logged over 1,200 hours in Aion since launch. Of course, as is the usual case with most company titles, players are slightly puzzled as to what, exactly a Community Coordinator does, but I assume Trine will be heavily involved in creating community oriented in-game events to keep players happy, while the Community Managers, like Tamat, Ayase and Arathur, will be able to focus more on media and public relations and such. But who knows?

Either way, this can only mean good things for Aion's community! You can check out the full announcement after the jump.

Greetings Daevas!

We’re happy to announce that we’ve added a new member to the Aion community team. Please give a warm welcome to our new North American community coordinator, Katherine “Trine” Field.

Katherine brings a breadth of experience to our team. She has worked with community and with QA, as well as developed in-game events. She is an avid Aion player, having played over 1,200 hours in Aion since launch, and has spent time with both Asmodian and Elyos characters. She has played nearly every class in the game, crafted through expert levels, and enjoys rifting and siege warfare. Some of her all time favorite games outside of Aion are Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Fallout 3, and GTA4.

Join me in welcoming Trine!
