A sharp-eyed player on the Aion official forums noticed that North American Community Manager Andrew "Tamat" Beegle has been making a lot of seasonal references on his Twitter page:

aion_tamat: Have you written a letter to Santa Shugo this year? Tweet me what you want and I'll see what I can do. ;p

aion_tamat: I just got off the phone with Santa Shugo. All of your requests have been denied. He's thinking about paying Atreia a visit though.... ;)

aion_tamat: is surprised that no one is picking up on his legitimate hints. ;)
