If you've been tired of manually typing out the names of spammers to block them, you'll be happy to know that the Aion team has squashed a bug that made the right-click block option vanish. Here's the announcement from North American Community Manager Andrew "Tamat" Beegle:

Good news everyone! We’ve corrected a bug that caused the right-click block option to disappear. If you’re still unable to use this feature, simply log out and reload the game client. We’re sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.

You can now once again log on and right-click the names of all those RMT spammers and block them to your heart's content. Just think of it as a mini-game!
