The guild auto-promoter is back up and running:

The kick-started guild auto-promoter has finished making its first pass through all of the guilds.  This means that the guilds that have been without leaders should have new leaders in place (or will have very soon).  We will be making additionall passes over the weekend to catch any potential stragglers.
