Galactic Hunters, the second expansion for the Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game, has launched, opening the doors for the wretched hive of scum and villainy to pour out into the universe. The set adds 180 new cards and 10 new bounty hunter-themed scenarios to the mix. And your favorite bounty hunters, such as Boba Fett, IG-88, Bossk, Zuckuss and 4-LOM, now make appearances in the TCG.

SOE is holding release events all weekend with six sealed deck tournaments. There's two scheduled for today at 11 a.m. PST and 5 p.m. PST, and there's ones at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. For 20 event passes, you get a Galactic Hunters sealed deck, four booster packs and a Bib Fortuna promo card. The grand prize is 10 booster packs.

Galactic Hunters , the third Star Wars Galaxies™ Trading Card Game release, is available on March 12, 2009, and SOE is throwing you into the action right off the bat with the Galactic Hunters release weekend events! This will be your first opportunity to try out the new bounty hunters and new gameplay, and see the amazing new card art!

Scheduled to run at 11 a.m. PST and 5 p.m. PST on Friday, March 13; 10 a.m. PST and 5 p.m. PST on Saturday, March 14, 2009; and 10 a.m. PST and 5 p.m. PDT on Sunday, March 15, 2009, SOE will host six special Galactic Hunters sealed deck tournaments.

For twenty (20) event passes, you will receive:

• One (1) of four (4) Galactic Hunters sealed decks
• Four (4) Galactic Hunters booster packs*
• One (1) exclusive Bib Fortuna (3P2) digital promotional card
• Plus, entry into the Galactic Hunters release weekend event to compete for brand-new Star Wars Galaxies Trading™ Card Game: Galactic Hunters booster packs!
