for those who still run an AGP system...

If some of you are still happy with their old-but-running-great system with AGP 8X slot, I have to let you know Sapphire has released one Radeon HD3850 card, 512 Mb, for the AGP 8X market.

I guess this card will be the last release for AGP market, if you want keep your system running for at least another year of ultimate gaming, this card is a must-have Smiley: grin

I'm using this card and it's definitely a good buy for people like me who are using a computer that don't have PCIe. While it's not going to give you to run WoW with all the detail sliders at max while on a resolution of 1650x1200, it will enable a lot smoother framerate in heavily populated situations (i.e. raids). I upgraded from a Radeon 9800XT and was running the game at 1650x1200 with all sliders set to minimum. I was getting 20-30fps. Now that I'm using this new card, I'm able to run the game at either 1024x768 with all sliders set to max except draw distance (which is set at the middle) and get 40-60fps everywhere (including Shattrath) or 1650x1200 with all detail sliders except draw distance (which is set to minimum) and get 30-45fps except Shattrath, which drops down to 20-30fps.
OH NOES!
