As a result of player feedback and after some internal discussion, we’ve begun to take a look at the top two items brought on by 1.90, namely Heretic damage and Siege Towers. We’re currently reevaluating some of the aspects of these changes, and we plan to send our adjustments live later on this week. As always, your feedback is important to us. ThanAs mentioned earlier today, we have made some changes to siege towers, making them comparable to higher level siege. Also based on player feedback and internal testing, Heretic damage has been adjusted to more appropriate levels.

General Fixes
 - Fixed a spelling issue on the Five Year Anniversary Items.
 - Midgard players using the portal to the Proving Grounds Battleground that is available in the Demon’s Breach BG will no longer appear in the middle of the portal keep tower geometry.
 - The quest ‘Rescue Operation’ in Hibernia is no longer offered as that portion of the Dragon’s Campaign is over.  This fixes an issue in Hibernia where that quest was left on despite it being turned off correctly in Albion and Midgard.
 
Siege Towers
 -  Based on feedback, we have taken a look at current implementation of siege towers on live servers and have decided to make some initial adjustments to make them more in line with other siege equipment and methods of entering a keep.

- Siege Towers will now require 100 metal bars (alloy or dolomite based on realm) and 200 wooden boards (ironwood) to construct.  This puts them in line with some of the high end siege equipment based on their size and function.
- Siege Towers will now take longer to complete the building process.  The process will take roughly twice as long as the previous method.  This will give defenders more time to defend against the siege tower being built.

Classes – Heretic
 - Rejuvenation spec line Arawn spells will now increase at a 35% increment upto 350%.

 - Rejuvenation spec line Blaze spells will now increase at a 30% increment upto 300%

 - The Arawn and Blaze spells within the Heretic rejuvenation spec line have had their delve damage decreased by 25%.s!
